Managed
field activities of Climate Change Adaptation and Disaster Resilience (CADRE)
program. The program focus on strengthening the institutional capacity for
disaster and climate change management; reducing exposure and vulnerability and
strengthening food security through adapted livelihoods; improving disaster
preparedness practices of communities through knowledge and education.
Responsibilities includes: Activities on Climate Change Adaptation measures for
livelihoods/agriculture such as Income Generating Activities (IGA) for
livelihood diversification, the creation of market linkages, the promotion of
home gardens, the establishment of resilient seed banks and trial plots
for resilient crops, the establishment of community nurseries and plantations,
the promotion of sustainable livestock management; Provide technical
assistance and mentoring to Adaptive Livelihood Groups for project implementation
especially the components related to livelihood promotion and agriculture, as
well as capacity development etc.Trainings and awareness activities on Climate
Adaptation, income generating/livelihood and capacity building as well as
institutional development organized for communities, local government and
partners;

Kabahill
Center responsible for community mobilization and awareness activity on
Disaster Risk reduction and Cliamte Change Adaptation Program. As a Field Facilitator I was responsible for
implementing Community Based Disaster Risk Management in urban and coastal
setting; facilitating the process of community mobilization and form Village level
Community Disaster Risk Reduction Committee; Supervise Capacity building
programs at the village level for CDRRcs (Community Disaster Risk Reduction
Committee), provide technical support to the CDRRC in conducting Hazard, Vulnerability and
Capacity Assessment; support the CDRRC to come up with Community Based Disaster
Management (CBDM) Plans and contingency plan; Identifying CB-DRR activities
e.g. EarlyWarning, Hazard Mapping, disaster simulation for community members,
and also engage children and youth in suitable engagement/participation
sessions through meetings and sessions; responsible for developing operational
plans on weekly and monthly basis, reviewing activities periodically; Share
progress reports periodically, in order to ensure the provision of accurate and
updated information; Develop, maintain and improve work coordination and
linkages with local key partners (community, NGO, BPBD, City authorities,
etc) to ensure the successful implementation
of the project activities.

Ulayat
Fondation was responsible to implement Program Nasional Pemberdayaan
Masyarakat- Lingkungan Mandiri Pedesaan (PNPM-LMP)/ National Program on
Community Empowerment - Rural Neighborhoods Independence. PNPM-LMP is a program
that works towards integrating environmental and natural resource management
with community development activities in rural areas.
The program seek to increase the well-being and employment of the poor in rural areas by encouraging independence in decision-making and rural development management that is environmentally and natural resource sustainable.

As
Deputy Provincial Coordinator I was responsible for represent Ulayat foundation
at Provicial Level. Support the Provincial
Coordinator to develop detailed implementation plan on monthly basis along with
monitoring and supervision plan for the PNPM-LMP and ensure that all activities
are completed as envisaged in the annual work plan; Monitor and supervise project
activities in the field.; Close coordination and collaboration with the
provincial and district stakeholders including related Provincial government
stakeholders; Support Provincial
Coordinator in designing community mobilization strategy and capacity building
training for community in the program implementation areas; Deliver capacity
building support, such as training and coaching, to district team to ensure
that they have the necessary technical capacities for their work. support and
coordinate provincial activities including meetings, workshops; provide
necessary technical and organizational and any other support to district team
as requested

and implements the district strategy in collaboration with government partner
and other civil society organization and technical coordinator; provides
general support, guidance, and serves as focal point during program planning
and reporting; design Term of Reference, training curriculum; and training
manual for the community; provide
training and mentoring to the community and field facilitators; prepare and
submit monthly, quarterly and annual report to the provincial coordinator

and Information Officer, Ulayat Fondation 2007-2009
Works
closely with the Ulayat Fondation Director to support the development and
implementation of publication and Information strategy of Ulayat Foundation. Supports
the coordination of communications activities such as updating the website and
blog, developing and sending out email newsletters, managing social media
channels such as Facebook, blog, website and editing and formatting print
publications.
